How long is The Ops Accelerator?
You can join the Ops Accelerator for either 3 months or for 1 year. For 2023 the program officially opens on January 12, 2023. Quarterly members will have access to the digital Toolkit items until January 12, 2024. Members who sign up for 1 year will have lifetime access to the digital Toolkit items.
How much time will I need to dedicate to the Ops Accelerator?
Business owners and operators are often strapped for time (especially if operations need to be implemented!). When we start we will advise you exactly where you should get started depending on your business needs. We recommend dedicating a few hours per week, especially to take advantage of the open office hours. You are also welcome to enroll your Operations Manager or Online Business Manager to participate in the program and spearhead this Operations initiative on your behalf. If both you AND another member of your organization would like to enroll there is an option at checkout to add a team member to enroll along with you for a discounted price.
Can a member of my team take The Ops Accelerator for me?
Yes. Business owners and operators are often strapped for time (especially if operations need to be implemented!). If you already have a trusted member of your team then you may enroll them on behalf of your company. If both you AND another member of your organization would like to enroll there is an option at checkout to add a team member to enroll along with you for a discounted price.
When will the 1:1 consulting sessions take place?
All participants will have the opportunity to schedule monthly private 1:1 consulting sessions during their time in The Ops Accelerator. Appointments are available between 9:30am - 5pm ET, and additional time considerations will be provided to participants outside of the United States. These sessions are "use it or lose it", so please be sure to schedule them each month!
When will the office hours take place?
Office hours will be offered every other week during the program. We will choose the times based on a vote with the participants. The office hours will be recorded and posted after each session. Every participant will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance in case the participant cannot attend the session.
I want to sign up for 3 months, but what if I need more time?
At the end of your time in the program you will have an action plan to work on. However, because of the accountability and the team to lean on for questions, it's possible you may want to stay longer. If you would like more time in The Ops Accelerator we are happy to offer an alumni rate for people who continue with us.
What’s the investment?
The investment for 3 months is $2,994 and we offer a 2-pay option. There is $1,497 due to join and the remaining $1,497 is billed in 1 month. If you prefer to pay in full for 3 months there is a discount which takes the price down to $2,900.
The investment for 1 year is $11,997 and we offer a 12-pay option. There is $1,997 due to join and then there are monthly installments of $909.09 for the next 11 months. If you prefer to pay in full for 1 year there is a discount which takes the price down to $11,000.
What if I previously purchased a product from The Ops Toolkit?
Thank you for being a previous client! If you've already purchased a product from The Ops Toolkit please contact us and let us know you'd like to enroll. We'd like to provide you with a credit to reduce the price of The Ops Accelerator by the amount you have already invested in our products.
